Please understand that in the era when these were cut, either by hand or by saw, the beams are not always exactly square so there may be some ratio variance between the side and face dimensions (e.g. 7" wide face x 8" depth, etc.). Dimensions are nominal. If you need 'exact' dimensions, you will need to order Resawn corbels since we are not limited to retaining the original face sides (reducing the width of an existing piece of material means removing the original face sides).

Material is provided cleaned with nylon brush, but without additional finish or sealant. Each piece of wood is unique from the next. Images are for reference only, expect variation.

The BACK FACE and FRONT FACE are BAND SAW CUT and is a clean cut surface. Only the side faces are original face.

Definitions:

• Back Face is the face that faces the wall, the back of the corbel
• Front Face is the face that faces the room, the front of the corbel
• Height is the longest vertical dimension between the bottom and top of the corbel when viewed on the wall
• Width is the horizontal dimension from left side to right side when viewed on the wall
• Depth is the largest depth dimension from the front face back to the wall when viewed on the wall

Reclaimed barnwood has inherent cracks, checks, chips, knots, remnants of insects infestation, nail and mortise holes, etc., expect yours to have all of this desired character. All of our material is kiln dried and fumigated

Given the nature of how precious the material resources are that we use--reclaimed, one of a kind barn wood--once work begins and cuts are made on material for your order we cannot offer refunds. **NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM WORK OR WORK REQUIRING THE CUTTING OF ANY MATERIAL**
