A special opportunity from our Vintage Wood Floor Company's American Barn Collection, these reclaimed barn wood shelves breathe new life into this historic material by restoring it and bringing it into your home or commercial project. These antique wood floating shelves are handcrafted from old barns dating from the late 1800’s to the early 1900’s. The character and warmth of this classic material makes for a truly distinctive home or commercial project.

Each shelf is 1-3/4" (nominal) solid thickness for a sturdy and robust look. One leading edge and two broad faces (top and bottom faces) are original face, with the two sides and back edge being clean cut. Material is Rough Sawn which includes circle saw marks. The character is unmatched, with all of the marks of original milling done generations ago; from saw marks, checks, nail holes, and more. 

These shelves are 9" deep and are single planks. The ends are clean cut while the front edge, top and bottom faces will be the original face. Provided unfinished and brush sanded to remove dirt and smooth out surface slightly to remove splinters, etc. The original face and character is maintained.

These shelves are 45" wide/long.

With the original face edge facing the room, either broad face can be made to be the top or bottom face, it all depends upon the way you choose to mount it.
